I'm regular costomer at PBC as I used to love this coffee But since past two months they are making pathetic coffee like water base and when we asked for thick they say extra money Anyways I'm spending 170 for this coffee I dnt think it is worth to give extra for thick. Old staff was so good but since new staff is their, coffee taste is not good like before Request you to make the old one Dnt give water...

They serve the hot coffee treated as directly from the stove....they did not even serve in a drinkable hot manner. This is the worst service they make..in any cafe you go which has coffee specialty, they always serve the hot coffees in a drinkable manner and not directly in a extreme hot way. That is they need to serve it in that manner. Please learn from the premium coffee shops about...
