Everything was good When we visited first time but this time we had A bad experience. After the food we ordered 2 chocolate brownie. And The hot plate of the brownie was too hot. Due to the overheating of the hot plate, the brownie which was kept on it was bunt in both the dish. We have complained also. To the consent person that due to the overheating of the hot plate, brownie has burnt and we are unable to consume it.... and we got reply from the staff that don't worry sir we will prepare again and send you the new dish. But we said no as we had finished our food and it was not possible to consume it again.. so the matter was finished but at the time of payment they have added the amount of chocolate brownie in the bill and when we argued with the staff they gave us credit note for 1 chocolate brownie when we visit again to their hotel... is ti fair??? I visited Rangoli The Delicacy Restaurant at Krushna Darshan, Waghawadi Road, on Diwali expecting a pleasant dining experience. Instead, I was met with some of the worst service I have ever encountered. The manager, Ghanshyam, displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude that was both shocking and unacceptable. He was unresponsive to basic requests, and it felt as though he had no interest in ensuring customers had a positive experience.

It’s incredibly disappointing to see such a lack of respect for guests. I sincerely hope management takes immediate action to address this, as no customer should have to go through an experience like this, especially on a day meant for celebration.

I visited Rangoli restaurant with my family on a busy evening. The restaurant is known for its delicious and authentic Indian cuisine, but also for its long waiting time. We had to wait for about 15 minutes before we got a table, and another hour before our food arrived. The waiter was polite, but seemed overwhelmed by the number of customers. He took our order after several reminders, and apologized for the delay. The food, however, was worth the wait. The portions were generous, and the flavors were rich and satisfying.
