I recently dined at Rasvatika Restaurant and unfortunately, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. From start to finish, the meal was a letdown. First, the service was incredibly slow. Despite the restaurant being only half-full, we waited over 20 minutes just to place our order. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive, hardly the kind of attention you'd expect when paying for a meal. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. The vegetables were overcooked and soggy. It was evident that little care was put into preparation. To top it off, the cleanliness was questionable. The table was sticky, and the utensils didn’t seem properly washed. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money.

The only one Positive thing is that food is good. The negative points are when customer is arrived at your hotel but it is your closing time so you treat very bad. That's not acceptable. If you don't want to give the proper service than do not take order from customer, just because it is your closing time you should not change the behaviour. The service was so bad that you don't feel like you have paid for dinner. The customer visited might visited for the first time and you provide this kind of service than what impression you are making. Completely disappointed with the service, I regret my choice of taking dinner here. Next time customer should ask them they are comfortable to give service...
