Real Bakers — Restaurant in Gujarat

I have sent out a complaint to corporate regarding this as no one was ready to provide me names or managers number. Hence I have no other option than to reach out here.... Incident; I had a dental appointment in the same building where one of you outlet is located. I came in as I wanted to get some stuff for home as well as talk to my parents regarding my treatment who are abroad. As I was speaking one of your employees in the branch asked me to step out if I hadn't ordered as they said you guys don't allow sitting in the cafeteria... hence I got a bottle of water as my dentist had asked not to eat anything for the next couple of hours As I got the bottle I asked the particular employee if its okay to sit and carry on with my call now, he seemed agitated and didn't respond...What really made me feel bad was that he kept eyeing me in a creepy way. I felt not welcomed and disrespectful. I wasn't expecting such an incident in a country like India where hospitality Is so good. I am left with no other option than to get in touch with you here. As they have denied to give me the managers number and the name of the employee who was rude. All I remember is he was the guy by the Cake/pastry display... I can provide my dental appointment and history if needed as proof I would like to get in touch so that no one else can suffer the same experience

Amazing Cakes at Real Bakers!

I recently ordered a cake from Real Bakers, and it was beyond my expectations!

The cake was not only beautifully decorated but also incredibly delicious. We chose the chocolate truffle as well as red velvet, and it was moist, fresh, and had the perfect level of sweetness.

The staff was friendly and helped us customize the cake to make it just right for our occasion.

Prices are quite higher than others but the quality is also important 😁
