Hey there....Yesterday I had my lunch at Real Kathiyavadi Restaurant. I had the fabulous taste of kathiyavadi style sabjis and dal. We also had a punjabi thali which was so delicious 😋. They had USP that their sabjis don't have excess oil and spices. Also they cook the sabjis when the order comes of that sabji rather than making it first and then store it then recook it and serve, this is not happening here. Everything was fresh.
