I had dinner here with friends and my friend recommended this place as he has good experience from last but my overall experience was not good because their service was worst due to lack of staff or a system. We ordered akbari thal and firstly, they served chicken soup and the taste of it was nice and also they provided several chicken items such as tandoori chicken, chicken lolypop and many more as starters. Moreover, after the starter was completed they served the mutton gravy item and the taste of gravy was good but mutton pieces were undercooked and even tandoori roti was not cooked properly. Hence, our overall experience was not as good as we sat down at the garden area but suddenly rain started so we had to move to the rooftop area and you know this one was the worst experience for us and all other customers. There other customers are also shouted at by the manager as they are not able to give their best service. Therefore, if you are looking for reasonable price food with average taste and bad service in the kheda area then this is a nice spot for you. I recommend all of you to visit as much as early on weekends to get good services...

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Food Quality Red Chilli Hotel, Kheda Yesterday 20/04/2025

I had a very underwhelming experience at this hotel. The service was slow and unprofessional – staff seemed uninterested and inattentive to guests’ needs. It took an unusually long time to get even the simplest requests fulfilled.

The food was equally disappointing. The quality was far from what was expected; it tasted bland and seemed stale. The variety was limited, and Food was cold and chaas was very bad only plain water

On top of that, the staff was not attentive at all. We had to repeatedly call them even for basic things like water and cutlery. No professionalism or customer service at all.

One staff is good at the entry point of hotel. Who's taking bookings

For a place that claims to serve good food, this was a complete disappointment. Definitely not worth the visit or the money. I would not recommend it.

Location is good, it's on main highway.. But seating arrangement is not good.. Service is very poor.. Staff is humble but not trained.. Service is very slow.. Hygiene is missing.. Very unprofessional management.. Food was average.. Starter items were good but main course items were not good.. Rates are reasonable but test and service was too much poor.. Car parking space is in worst condition because of rainy season.. We didn't like the place and food.. Delayed service in delivering food is not good.. I had ordered some food to be packed for me.. After reaching home, I found that it was different items in take away parcel which I have not ordered.. I didn't get which items ordered by me.. Too big a mistake or can say carelessness.. Sorry but true review, which hurts me also, because expectations were not fulfilled...
