Being from North India, this aaloo puri dish is quite different to what we have in our area. They place aaloo matar sabzee on small round puris & garnish it with chopped onions, chives, masala, chutnies etc etc and make it like pizzas (though they put grated cheese on it on demand ๐). The dish is nice & guite yummy. Goes well in the breakfast. This shop is quite famous & one has to endure a long queue to get served. We reached here on one Sunday morning at 0830 & had to wait for 30min in the queue. In all it a nice breakfast to have in Surat.
