Being from North India, this aaloo puri dish is quite different to what we have in our area. They place aaloo matar sabzee on small round puris & garnish it with chopped onions, chives, masala, chutnies etc etc and make it like pizzas (though they put grated cheese on it on demand 😆). The dish is nice & guite yummy. Goes well in the breakfast. This shop is quite famous & one has to endure a long queue to get served. We reached here on one Sunday morning at 0830 & had to wait for 30min in the queue. In all it a nice breakfast to have in Surat. I tried Schezwan cheese crunchy aloo puri . I had ordered without onion . They had confirmed the order atleast 4 times and still they messed up that too after making me wait for half an hour . They made me wait for another 10 mins for my order . They finally gave my order but too my regret it was the worst aloo puri in surat .
