Salim burger — Restaurant in Gujarat

After hearing about them from the locals around finally tried the burger and puff from here. They were absolutely scrumptious. I found the location bit isolated. The path that lead here was kinda spooky as no one was around. I felt the guy doesn't come at the mentioned location and i wanted to go back. But soon i saw a crowd of people and when i when near there was this guy making burgers in bulk and people were curiously waiting for their orders to get ready. I quickly place my order for a Aloo Tikki Burger and a Chicken Puff The burger had a stack of aloo (potato) patty, cheese slice, sliced onions, tomatoes and zucchini, chopped coriander and chillies between fresh buns slathered with a spicy red sauce and mustard was heavenly delicious!! Being a burger lover i can say this definitely was one the best burgers i have had so far. The puff had similar ingredients along with delicious chicken kheema. But it was quite disappointing compared to the burger. Everything was fresh from buns to puffs to ingredients used. This person has taken Street Food to a next level! He makes everything in batches first all burgers then puffs so if u have ordered burger and puff is in making then you have to wait and vice versa. I was amazed watching him make so quickly. Exceptional burgers by Salim bhai!

Salim burger was originally located at Gujarat University and then 2 years back opened its branch opposite LJ campus. We are a great fan of this place and we were lucky to have spent our college days enjoying here. The shop is running really well at a great pace and all the students are fond of this place.

Shop timings are not mentioned properly. The burgers are sold quickly and a whole lot is finished within a few hours only. Covid protocols are maintained property with sanitizer as well. Proper distance is maintained between the customer and shop owner.

Yesterday, along with my friends, I tried their Schezwan Peri Peri Aloo tiki burger. The sauces they add here combined with fresh veggies and their flavours are phenomenal. No one can match this delicacy at his level. There's a big cheese slice between the buns along with mayonnaise through which one can easily identify their burgers and taste too. My friends and I have tried all of their burger varieties and all were equally tasty. Apart from it, they sell puffs and maskabuns too.

So grab a burger asap if not yet tried. I would prefer to go for morning time rather than evenings because the buns would be fresh and really...

Salimbhai’s Burger, i had heard about this place for so long and people claimed it to be one of the best burgers available in Ahmedabad, here is my verdict to my very first experience....

They have shifted from their earlier location and are now located just outside LJ college Sarkhej. Its not a prime location of course you to need to drive a bit to reach there but trust me it is worth it. The burger you will get wont be a dead looking dry burger which the famous burger chains sell.

You will be served with a big juicy burger which is a delight to the tastebuds on every bite. We tried the aloo tikki and schezwan burger, filled with sauces, fresh veggies and cheese, a burst of flavour with each bite.

P.s: Try to go early around 5 in the evening or else you will have to go back due to finished stock. In case you plan a little after 5 pm i would suggest to give them a call first to know about the availability.
