Sankalp Express & Sam's Pizza Quick Pick (Gallops Food Plaza) — Restaurant in Gujarat

This place is located inside Gallop food plaza, A place where pretty much every kathiyawadi stops by. Me being south Indian food fan sankalp was my first choice. I can see some reviews hear mentioning about the less quantity and quality. That's not the case the mix veg idli that order was great in taste and quality. If you eat lots of street South Indian food like me than you might find it little expensive but for this kind of quality price seems alright to me. Some people also mentioned chutney and that's not bad either all three chutney taste absolutely amazing. We visit this place on the raputation of Sankalp. But they are misusing the name of Sankalp. We ordered military dhosa but disappointed with the quality then we replaced it with the masala dhosa. Belive me they are exectly the same with very poor quality. I am also uploading the pics. My friend order Rasam idely but Rasam is same as regular Sambhar with different price. Great food. Definitely the choice for dinner at Gallups plaza. We went for Paper Sada Dosa, Idli Sambhar, Upma and Tomato Corn Uttapam. Everything was really good. I particularly liked the Uttapam of all. Idli was good but not served in a way we thought it would be. It was small bite size idlis which you can basically have in spoon and dip it in sambhar.
