Sankalp Restaurant - South Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

I never write restaraunt reviews but for this one i had to.

I went to this restaraunt reading the reviews and it was a big mistake.

would have given zero or negative stars if possible.

I am a south Indian...and the food here is not even close to being south indian.

the food provided are frozen and stale and not fresh.

I ordered Chettinad spicy Dosa- the fillings were stale and frozen and heated in haste. the Dosa dough was very old and Dosa was bland and tasteless.

chutneys prepared are weeks old - frozen and put on plate after quickly heating them.

please be aware of all these and try to avoid such restaraunts as much as possible.

even the filter coffee was hideous.

idli and vada were still ice cold in the center and not cooked enough.

for all reading this review ...if you really care about your health please stay away....also the taste is not even close to what we south...

Were craving for some really good south indian food after eating roti and naan for many days. Glad we landed here. Satisfied our tastebuds completely and even the staff were so considerate to fulfil our requirements. Their filter coffee was best out of the coffees we had in our trip. 100%...

we went there on holi 7/3/2023.dosa and idli was normally good in taste but attitude of order taker (big guy with moustache) was very egoistic.He would not repeat what he said second time in case we dont understood his words.He was treating us like we were some lower...
