Our group of 5 visited this restaurant expecting a decent meal, but instead, we encountered an absolute disaster. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time, money, and patience.

Service: The service is atrocious. No one was interested in working. After sitting down, it took 5-7 requests just to have our table cleaned, and the staff's general attitude was nothing short of disrespectful. They were not busy; they were actively avoiding work. No one came to take our order until a random, idle person finally approached us after what felt like an eternity, with a sour attitude and complete disregard for basic customer service.

Food Quality: This restaurant is supposed to offer a wide variety of complementary pickles and salads—known to provide 12-13 different types of pickles. We were shocked to receive just 3-4 poor-quality pickles. The salad was unappetizing—so bad that even our children wouldn’t touch it, which says a lot. Despite repeated requests to replace the salad and replenish the pickles, the staff completely ignored us.

Management Ignorance: We asked to speak to a manager after the poor service and quality, and yet no one came. It's clear that this restaurant has no regard for customer complaints, and staff behavior seems to be driven by the same indifference across the board. The manager didn't even have the decency to face us.

Delay in Serving: As if the bad service and terrible food quality weren't enough, the restaurant staff failed to provide basic follow-up service. We ordered additional rotis, but after waiting for over 20-25 minutes, we received no response. In any restaurant, such a delay would be unacceptable, but this level of carelessness shows how poorly this establishment is run.

Declining Standards: This used to be a well-regarded chain due to its taste and variety, but now it seems to be resting on its past reputation. I also intend to contact the original owner of this food chain to ensure they are aware of the shameful decline in standards that their franchise is undergoing. This place is a disgrace to the Kathiyawadi cuisine it claims to represent.
