A delicious and authentic Gujarati food experience! The place is a no-frills clean and woman traveller-friendly restaurant next to a main road. The open kitchen with gleaming stainless steel pots and pans was reassuringly hygienic. One can read the Gujarati menu in English by scanning the QR code. The waiters and manager very kindly explained the menu, answered questions and even customised the spice levels to suit our request for less chillies. Ordered ghee bhakri, alu garlic, chana dal, and a moong and palak subzi. The ghee bhakris were totally epic - I ate almost an entire bhakri plain just coz it tasted so darn good.
