Silverdine Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

My recent visit to Silver Dine Resto with a group of ten people turned out to be extremely disappointing. Despite booking our table via Swiggy Dineout and arriving on time, we were made to wait for 45 minutes before being seated, even though there was supposed to be no waiting according to our reservation.

Once seated, the service was incredibly slow. It took another 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and even then, our order was incomplete. We received the sabji without the roti, which meant an additional wait of 10 minutes just for bread. By the time the roti arrived, the sabji had already gone cold.

Moreover, the restaurant was overcrowded, resembling more of a fish market than a dining establishment. This chaotic atmosphere only added to our frustration.

To add insult to injury, when we ordered dal rice, it was served hastily, despite us still eating our roti. This rush in service clearly impacted the quality of the food, which was subpar at best.

Overall, my experience at Silver Dine Resto was incredibly disappointing. The slow service, incomplete orders, overcrowded environment, and poor food quality left me and my companions thoroughly unsatisfied. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a pleasant...

I would have given stars in minus if possible. The staff and service were horrible. We opted for unlimited buffet.They served us burnt and cold papads, when asked for replacement they again served us the same. They even confessed the papad were stored and were not freshly made. They served with dirty hands. They served wrong soups, even when it was clearly mentioned. If that’s not enough when we complained the manager blatantly ignored us, and instead told us that “i saw on your table, papads were served 10 times.” He also said that the service was perfect, it was us at fault. He ignored us in a way like he was serving for free. When asked for zomato pro payment, they clearly said that they don’t take payment with zomato and did not offer us the discount that app is giving....

I got the opportunity to try a lot of food and cuisines in this restaurants as I was staying in this lovely hotel. Amazed that they could make all of them so perfectly. Punjabi food was insane. I had the paneer balti and a mix veg with cheese chilly Naan. It was insane. The daal makhni with the biryani was also good.

We even got the chance to try their sizzler. I haven't seen such a sizzler anywhere and it tasted amazing. From the special menu we tried the momos which weren't very exciting though was a good innovation. One of the best things was the chilly cheese papad with the green chutney. Even the Chinese was excellent.
