Subway Vedant Platina — Restaurant in Gujarat

I recently had the misfortune of ordering from the Subway location in Bhaili, and I am utterly disappointed with the quality of the food and the complete lack of customer service. My order was, frankly, a waste of money and a thoroughly unpleasant experience.

Firstly, the bread was stale and clearly not fresh. The aloo tikki, which should have been a warm and flavorful component, was cold and unappetizing. It felt like both had been sitting out for an extended period.

Secondly, The overall taste was incredibly poor, It was genuinely one of the worst Subway sandwiches I've ever had.

To make matters worse, I attempted to address my concerns by calling the store directly. The person who answered simply stated they would "call me back," which, unsurprisingly, never happened. This demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and a blatant lack of accountability.

In summary, my experience with Subway Bhaili was exceptionally poor. The stale bread, cold aloo tikki, made for a truly unpleasant meal. The lack of any meaningful response from the staff further compounded the issue. I would strongly advise against ordering from this particular location. They need to seriously address their food quality and customer...

Feedback is given on hungry stomach and hellfire in the brain.so kindly do not mind the language used. Pathetic customer care by subway and non-sense excuses given by the manager. I am Dr.Nadeem Shaikh, working at a well known hospital in baroda. I ordered Turkey subwrap for lunch today and asked the guy to make it parcel for take away. When i reached my hospital and opened the bag i found subwrap was sunken in some kind of drink which was given free with the wrap and i didnt even know about this. If you dont know how to pack a drink , how dare you give it for free which costs my lunch and leaves me hungry till this time. Next time if you give ratkill for free, will you pack it with my wrap without my consent? When i called this store he says its all your fault because this drink was free with subwrap . He said his bike is at service station otherwise he would have replaced my order( its sunday today and no service station works on sundays...dumbo) . He wants me to leave my patients to die in icu and go to his shop and get the order replaced...How dare he try to fool me..is that your customer...

Something is terribly wrong with Subway Atladara or Subway in general. Yesterday when I was at Subwat Atladara and ordered Wed special, achri Tikka sub, I was told that bc it is a special, I had no choice over bread or veggies. As an academic, I understand that specials are launched to draw in customers and increase profit through increased volume sale. Specials are not desined to deprive Subway experience. I eat Subway sandwiches for the choice of breads, veggies and sauces and for the salad-sandwich experience. To not give choice and require customers to only one type of bread, just tomato-onion topping and one sauce denies the Subway experience.
