My recent visit to Tea Post, an establishment we've frequented for a long time as regular customers, turned into an absolutely appalling experience. We've supported this place for years, but that loyalty was met with blatant disrespect from the owner himself. We were simply seated, as we often are, when the owner approached our table and, in a frankly accusatory tone, demanded, "Have you ordered or not?" This wasn't a friendly check-in; it was a rude and entirely uncalled-for interrogation, making us feel like unwelcome intruders rather than valued patrons. To be treated with such suspicion and disrespect after being loyal customers is beyond insulting. It shows a complete disregard for the very people who keep his business afloat. This incident completely ruined our perception of Tea Post. It's clear that customer loyalty means nothing here, and the owner's behavior is a significant problem. This Tea Post is the best one so far. Most of the time we visit this tea post for “charcha over chai”. This place is never over crowded so if you want to have some quality time with your friends/Girl-Friend/wife/bro/sis/parents please visit this place for chai and nashta.

This location is at the end of the gotri Laxmipura road. The staff there are very friendly and courteous. They always greet you with a smile.

I visited your outlet in Kasper Sqaure Gotri , Vadodara there I ordered two Chinese Puff that were of Kabhi B brand and when I received the MRP PRINTED was ₹30 per puff but the outlet charged me ₹40 per puff when I asked they spoke very bad language and also some bad words that I can’t enter here .
