Tea post has lost it's dignity. We trusted them for the quality they bring to the table. But, not anymore.
I am a frequent visitor of tea post. But this time at our visit to Tea Post HFM-Limbdi, the experience was pathetic. We ordered for Bread-butter and having the first bite, we felt like puking. The butter is so bad. Previously they used Amul but suddenly they changed to some non-brand. It tastes disgustful.
When inquired on counter, the person said that at all small stores they have switched to some regular butter (picture attached) and amul is only used in premium stores.
Though we pay same pricing for both stores, how can the quality be changed? Also, the customer helpline number on the internet does not work and nor does the number on the product...
