Never expected a franchise of ‘The chocolate room’ with such rude staff! The franchise owner is very arrogant and rude towards customers and he will not permit an online meeting or an important business call in his premises.

A premium cafe is not something just meant food or beverages. It is all about meetings, decent celebrations and business or professional meetings without any disturbances to fellow customers or the staff. If it is food or bevarages there are multiple options to choose, but spending more for same kind of stuff is for something beyond and important. But i dont think the chocolate room have that courtesy towards their customers.

Better training in basic customer handling, empathy and hospitality are needed to franchise owners prior offering them business else their impact will be upon on the entire brand not just on...

I had an amazing experience at "The Chocolate Room" The Cheese Nachos were absolutely delicious—crispy, generously loaded with rich, gooey cheese and topped with just the right balance of flavors. It’s the kind of dish you don’t want to stop eating.

The Open Panino was another standout. The bread was perfectly toasted, and the toppings were fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced. It felt gourmet yet comforting at the same time.
