The Grand Khodiyar Restaurant / Best Restaurant in Rajkot — Restaurant in Gujarat

My wife and I, visited this restaurant for dinner along with our 1.5 yr old daughter on our journey to Junagadh. We took permission from the receptionist for extra time as we had to feed our daughter before we take dinner. We ordered two tawa roties for our daughter. Crumbled roties were mixed with milk and we started feeding her. We were hardly 20 min into occupying the table and 15 min into our first order of roties. The menu taker and servers were frequently checking on us to take main order for two of us. We requested them repeatedly to allow our daughter to finish her food so that we can dine. The receptionist rudely told us to vacate the table and go out to feed child as they have huge rush on Sunday evening. We even placed our order (masala papad and manchow soup, before the main course) and started eating along with feeding our daughter. Because of their un-compassionate, rude and in-humane behavior, we checked-out and complained to the owner of restaurant. He was least bothered even to listen and respond to our complain. We weren’t occupying table just for fun or time-pass. We were feeding our child. They don’t have a morality and values, they don’t have respect to deal with customers. We told them, “bada restaurant se jyada important he bada dil rakna”. Overall, it was a very bad experience, we felt its not even good to eat in such a restaurant where there is no humanity and respect for customers. Location of the Restaurant is good and can be easily noticed from the distance. There is a huge parking space available to park you vehicle. Despite of being a road side Restaurant, they have maintained washrooms clean and tidy which we can't expect from other road side restaurants. Taste of the food was good. Chapati was bit tasteless however Tandoori Roti had impressed me. Waiter was obedient and had always seek to look if customer needs anything.
