My friend booked Heart Cafe for her special occasion. We were excited to have a fun with friends. We had reserved the place for a specific time, but when we got there, nothing was ready—not a room not even the food wasn't prepared. We even took a quick look at the kitchen and other rooms, and they were really dirty and not well taken care of.

This was very disappointing, especially since we had high hopes for a special celebration. The unprepared room and unhygienic conditions made the night feel ruined. I feel sad that what was meant to be a fun evening turned into a letdown.

Worst experience ever The girl who manage all the things in cafe was very arrogant and egoistic. services are too late as we booked cafe for bday celebration on 8 to 9 pm but our cake is available for us at 9.20 pm it was too late.
