I recently had the pleasure of dining at Heritage Palace, and it was an experience to remember. The ambiance of the restaurant perfectly balances elegance and comfort, setting the stage for a wonderful evening. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish showcasing authentic flavors and impressive attention to detail.

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Nisha and Sita, in particular, were incredibly warm and welcoming. Their good nature and attentiveness made the evening even more special. Unprofessional behaviour and using rude language. The charge of soft drinks are more than the MRP mentioned and bluntly telling us that they have already mentioned those price in the menu. They almost charge around ₹69 for a ₹40 can and they includes service charge in that mentioning that we are providing this service to your table, like how sir that service causing us ₹29 extra just picking up from fridge to our table. They mentioned about service tax whereas now we are not liable to service tax due to GST. Never recommending this place again to anyone due to rude behaviour and charging higher amount of money than MRP for the products.
