The first time I went there a month ago the food was amazing and so was the atmosphere. The lighting was good and so was the music and the service from manager Ranjan Kumar. The food portions was large and so so good, we went in a big group and tasted most of menu with Ranjans advice.
I went back this month and as soon as we walked in the lights were set on bright, English party music was playing they took our order but the manager was not attentive at all. The restaurant was not even as full as it was before.
The sushi tasted weird, the wasabi was dry like it was standing for long, and the rice was so mushy more like sooji and we even had to ask for the chopsticks instead of them bringing it. We ordered it as a starter but it came long after the burger. We ordered a crispy fish burger, but recieved a boiled chicken breast burger and it was terrible.
We mentioned it and they said they would get another. We eventually recieved a frozen fish patty burger and that too way after overly sweet gulab jamun arrived. We had to eventually take it as a parcel. The table was not being cleared and eventually it was a think of putting out dishes on top of each other to eat out food.
I was so so disappointed. I was raving about this place with my fiance and eventually when we went back we got this unfortunate experience and countless balloons landing in our plates from kids that were running around shouting. Read moreIf there was an option for negative star I would have opted that. I went to the Krater last night with family and we've experienced the most pathetic service in our life. We ordered Peshawari Chicken as a starter and a non-veg Bento box in main course.
After waiting for over 30 mins our starter got served undercooked. The chicken was undone and when we complained they agreed to replace.
We waited for 30 mins again then the guy brought the main course Bento box without the starter served. We refused but the staff kept pushing us to eat the main course first.
We asked the manager for complain then he communicated that there is a problem in the whole lot of their chicken in stock and it cannot be served so please order another starter. And all these they said after 30 mins of us waiting.
Again the guy brought the bento box insisting to eat that first. We refused and waited for 30 mins more for the starter to be served.
All in all we waited for 1.30 hours just for a starter but our patience were so much compromised that we have to leave the place without any food / dinner. We went home at 11pm and ordered food online.
I just wanted to say just by fine decor or ambience, a place cannot be judged. Service and customer experience really matters. We wasted our 1 and half hours on a restaurant for such a disappointing experience for...
