Disappointing Experience at Lake View Restaurant, Baben, Bardoli We have always had positive experiences at Lake View, but our recent visit was a major disappointment. The restaurant's refusal to accommodate a simple request to bring in outside food for our picky child was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. Despite ordering a full course meal, including soup, starters, main course, and dessert, they insisted on enforcing this strict policy. This forced us to cut our dinner short and leave the restaurant to feed our hungry child. Such rigid policies, especially when they inconvenience families with young children, are unacceptable. Had a worst experience here yesterday. I was a fan of this restaurant and frequently visited it for a small treats with 5 to 6 members. I even gave 5 star just a month ago. But, I made a mistake to arrange my daughter's birthday party with their fix priced dish. That is when I experienced their rude staff, irresponsible behavior by staff towards my guests and their dirty business tactics. This restaurant was one and only favourite for family dining earlier in bardoli . But from today will not possible to revisit this place. During this summer their AC was not cooling the place which “they were insist to seat , not which we wanted “ . After even many complaints the staff were not interested. Soups and starter were the best as usual. The Punjabi sabji was just ewww !! Only the person who were taking our order is the polite one, rest are just useless staff . I can feel the downfall of this wonderful restaurant.
