It is so great to see fellow Gujaratis getting disillusioned by the charms of foreign places and heading back home to build things.

Chef Ankit Patel the founder of The leaf cafe did the same when he left UK but carried all his knowledge about running a great cafe with him.

We just visited them on a whim but loved it so much that we are going to go to Nadiad specifically for this cafe again.

The highlight was the freshly made pizza and loaded fries. Ankit told us that they try to make everything from scratch and this shows in the quality of food and it is served at half the price of Starbucks, you just canā€™t go back to chain cafĆ©s and restaurants once you have visited The leaf cafe

Given that it is bang in the middle of Ahmedabad Vadodara highway makes it great place for those who live long drives. They have live music on Saturday evening and the ambience is perfect for long conversations.

Amazing interior, courteous staff except the chef, taste of food was mixed bag. Pizza , Paneer chilli were fantastic whereas Pasta and Quesadillas disappointed at the same time. It was not served as per item description in the menu. It was mentioned 5 beans in Mexican quesadilla and was served with peas and moong which is a type of lentil and vegetable. The bread in the bruschetta was soggy too but topping just made my eveningā€¦. So overall a good place to hangout but stay alert on what you order and match it with the description in menu. PIZZA IS MUST TRY! And DO NOT ASK FOR CHEF for any complaints, else he will ask you where you have tried it and will justify himself till you say you are wrong...

Amazing Atmosphere here, good Food and love the vibe around here. We ordered Garlic Bread and Fries with Adrakh Chai. All 3 items were served piping hot. The portions are enough for 2 people. Chai was ā¤ļø and it came with old school wheat cookies. Service was a bit slow but I think it was 12 midnight, so I can cut them some slack. I will definitely recommend this place and amazing part is, it is open till 2...

It is one of the best cafe that I have been to. It consists a lot of space to move around because of which people can spend their qualitative time with friends. Besides it, I had scrumptious panir chilli and Hot coffee with cookies. Really, the taste of coffee was awesome. I would certainly visit this place again. I recently tried Maggie and believe me the taste of it is amazing.
