The Shake Maker Nikol — Restaurant in Gujarat

I had a pathetic experience at Shake maker, Nikol branch. I have visited multiple outlet of shake maker in other areas, but in Nikol the service was poor and the quantity was very less as compared to other branch. A part from that, my order was somewhere around 600-700. And the Franchise owner insulted me and my friend in front of other customers asked to leave as we sat for around 45 minutes or 1 hour. That was quite rude behaviour of him. In cafes, we usually pay for the ambiance and the sitting arrangement but I'm disappointed with the service, customer behaviour and the quantity of the food.

Shake maker serves good quality food but fail to train their staff and set standard quantity.

Poor experience in this cafe. We sat for 1.5 hours and ordered multiple items but they asked us to leave stating we can't sit for more than 1.5 hour..which cafe does that and when we ordered stuff too. Never going there again. Poor management...
