Had one of the worst experiences of dine out in years. A place that used to be great but will go down the hill. If you want to eat good and experience good service this is certainly NOT the place to be at.

Poor service It takes forever to find some one who will be willing to take the order. Once the customer is seated we expect the menu to be handed out. I had to find some one with menu. Also, once the order are placed it takes forever to get the food to table. We reached restaurant around 8.30 in evening (it was not full). I had to literally go in search for a person who will take my order (they did not bother to come to my table). There was no sign of food up until 9 even when the restaurant was not full. I wonder what will they do if they are running at full capacity.
