Just sharing my actual experience. Visited today for banquet hall booking. The manager made routine enquiries and showed us the hall for 50+ that happens to be the smallest.Informed that this is the existing layout they an offer. The real and sad part starts from here. On entry to hall,the opposite wall had peeled off walls. Just politely asked manager if same can be attended before our function.Reply is no and all the more this is how we give you our hall and you decide whether you want or not.Asked for seniors or owners number.same. or available. This is first half. As secondn half now.. We went for bigger hall.Liked the hall, ambience and other factors. Came to reception counter to finalise further. For seating sofas opposite reception desk, both were torn all along the length,so can't occupy.Here no positive action reply. All above makes me think if this is what they are offering to customers which is visible and are their standards, what is behind the a teen which a customer is unable to see. Finally we postpone our book I.g decision. The whole idea of writing such h long review is that Topaz has high reputation and customer loyalty. Sorry no photos as respect to business. It is a 3 star Restaurant . The food item serve by them are very delicious and tempting.No complains regarding the staff service. The staff is so hardworking.Even if customer is not satisfied they never argue with the person.Well talking about the prize is little bit expensive as it is a 3 star restro. But regarding to prize they serve accordingwise food.They have banquet of about 200 people .You can arrange bday party, engagement there, even some of the people who had few guests arrange marriage there. They give you banquet for 3 hours.The prize of the plate starting with 350 rs its depend on you which plate you are choosing. We had one of our ceremonies here. The ambience was really good, but we were highly disappointed with the food. There was excessive use of food colouring, the main dishes were overly salty, and the overall food experience was just average. The cleanliness of the glasses and dishes was also below expectations — some glasses had water stains and a few dishes didn’t appear properly cleaned, which was quite off-putting. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and hygiene.
