We recently stayed at Unique Resort & Lifestyle and had a truly memorable experience. We had booked the villa, which was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The property itself is beautifully designed with a wide range of amenities — from indoor and outdoor games to a lovely swimming pool, a kids play area, and a fantastic spa, which was easily one of the highlights of our stay.

A special mention to some of the staff members who went out of their way to make our experience better: Apu, Pratap, Vijay, Rohan, and Arun – thank you for your courteous and helpful service.

While the resort was quite busy on the weekend and we did face some delays and service hiccups initially, we truly appreciated the excellent service recovery. From the second day onward, the staff was incredibly attentive, responsive, and didn’t say no to any request. The difference when the place wasn’t rushed was clearly visible, and the service we received then was top-notch.

The food deserves a special shoutout — both in terms of taste and quality. Every meal we had was delicious and thoughtfully prepared.

Attended a close friend’s wedding here recently and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place even for a casual lunch, let alone a once-in-a-lifetime event. Sure, the property looks nice in photos and the ambience gives off that "relaxed" vibe—but that’s about where the positives end. Behind the aesthetic lies a complete mess of mismanagement, unprofessional staff, and service so poor it’s almost impressive. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the team had no idea what they were doing. Room allotments were a total disaster, with guests left waiting for hours or being sent to already-occupied rooms. Not a single apology, just blank stares and shrugs. Basic arrangements that had been discussed well in advance were either forgotten or executed so poorly that we had to step in and fix things ourselves—during the actual wedding. Food meal timings were ignored, and the staff’s general attitude was somewhere between “not my problem” and “you figure it out.” The event support was the real kicker—they practically turned every function into a mini crisis. If there was a way to mess something up, they found it and ran with it.
