VIBES9 — Restaurant in Gujarat

We visited cafe on 31st January 2021 and had worst experience ever.. Still not able to decide food & beverage was worst or answer of owner. Ordered cold coffee, hazelnut frappe, peri peri French fries and garlic bread. Cold coffee tasted bitter and worst then any medicine. Frappe was average in taste. Garlic bread sides burnt due to overheat. French fries only option to give this cafe 1 star.. Otherwise by our experience I never thought I have to give minus 5 star to any place. We(4 person) reached there around 6:20 PM. No one was there accept staff. After few minutes when waiter arrived to table, we told him to give us few minutes. We were chattering and clicking photos. We ordered food and during that cafe get customers, but it was not full. Many tables were empty. After food we asked for bill at 7:30. Till 7:40 no one arrive with bill. When they arrived with bill, I asked for card machine to pay.. Unfortunately they didn't have.. So to pay via online app barcode scanning, we met owner and informed our experience.. He replied, "in that case I can also say that you all are clicking photos since last one hour and reserved our table was not good. " What, have you ever listened any cafe replying that? We have enjoyed many hours at other cafe and never heard such excuse from cafe.

Edit(17/Mar/2021) : owner replied today stating "you asked for 20 tissues for 2 coffees", wow he even have issue for taking tissue too.. what type of this cafe is? Where you can't even ask for tissue!!! Really worst reply and customer service is...

A must visit the place. One weekend we came here to enjoy our quality time and believe me this place worth it.

Location

It's located on S P Ring Road near the Science city. This place is on road but when you go inside you feel peace.

Ambiance and seating

It's a very good cafe having a well-maintained garden and a beautiful seating arrangement. They have a center walkway surrounded by seating arrangement. One side complete open seating and other side tables surrounded with the palm with can give private space to you. Very well placed ambiance lighting can give you a pleasant mood. The seating is very nice and unique made with quality wood. They also have rooftop seating available.

Food

It having an excellent menu with a variety of options for snacks and beverages. As per my discussion with the owner of the cafe they have spent lots of time and developed food items after lots of testing. Food quality, quantity, and hygiene are excellent. Also, the food presentations were excellent. I had tried some items on their menu. All I say must try

If you want to enjoy all the good vibes of a nice fancy yet affordable open restaurant then do visit this. Wide and evenly spread tables in an open lawn with dim and perfect lighting for a birthday or anniversary celebration as well as group parties. The music was so good, you will definitely start singing to it. Jain menu is completely available too. We had ordered loaded nachos, Italian touch grill sandwich, mix pasta and I have to say everything was so so delicious. So filling. The quantity of every dish was enough for 2 people. The staff was very polite and attentive. The service was fast and the food was so good we couldn't leave a single bite. The sandwich bread was filled perfectly. Mix pasta were also perfect to taste. We topped it off with a cup of classic hot chocolate and it was the best I had in a long time. Do visit this place. Had a lot of fun. The ambience is very beautiful.
