Vraj Vatika Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

When I came to this hotel 2 years ago, I liked the service very much, but now the service is very bad. The food is good, but I had a very bad experience with the room. They do not do any kind of cleaning and the bed, bad bedsheet, bad cover, everything in the room is in very bad condition. You cannot stay with family in this hotel. The AC in the room is also not working and when I asked for hot water at night, the staff told me that what will you do with hot water in the heat. To be honest, this room is only suitable for couples for a couple of hours. They did not give hot water in the morning either and when I asked, how did it happen that the hot water not coming then he says not water not come due to rain There is no kind of arrangement in this hotel. I visited this place with family. Very nice place to spent some time with ours. Nicely maintained outer area with greenharis. Kids area is also available. Spacious parking facility. Had a quality tasty food. Hygienity well maintained. Service vise I will give one extra point. Everything they served timely even though they had big crowd. After order if nan/roti remains they took back and eliminate from bill. Staff is really cooperative. I am a foodie guy and i never experienced this service in Rajkot or pune. Ratesvery reasonable. Whenever I'll went to the restaurant there must a bunch of traffic and many cars outside.the food was very delicious when it was started but day by day quality of food is becoming bad. Though better than many more restaurant's here.you can enjoy the meal with open roof.Dessert, in the highly unlikely event you have room, is an extra charge, and the selections look nice.
