Waves Multi Cuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

I had taken guests to the restaurant because the Fern is one of the best hotels in Rajkot. But we were very disappointed at the service and food. They had interns serving us due to which they had no idea of what and how a particular dish is made and its contents. We ordered for cheese garlic bread but received plain garlic bread which they took back, added cheese and got us. The crispy corn and spinach was good. Main course we wanted to order Chinese and spent 10min trying to understand with the waiter what's in the dish and what's now. After 15min he informs us Chinese cannot be ordered!! Thanks for wasting our time. Finally we ended up ordering chole bature (another total fail). The only good thing there was the pav bhaji, wow I went to the Fern to eat pav bhaji. PATHETIC FOOD. Almost all the food items were half cooked and tasteless. Seems staff is planning to shut down the hotel and restaurant.
