Bikanervala | Sector 80 Gurugram — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I had been to this outlet of Bikanervala for lunch today. I placed my order. After sometime, I started feeling very uncomfortable. As I was having my food, I started sweating a lot. I called the manager and wanted to know if the ACs were working or not. He said only one AC was working...others were not. I was really amazed at the casual attitude of Bikanervala where they are charging customers fully but service wasn't delivered as per minimum expectations. How could you not tell your customers that AC isn't working?

Secondly, I had ordered Chinese combo of fried rice and chilli paneer...again a disappointment. Last week I had the same combo at one Bikanervala outlet in Noida. It was really good. So, Bikanervala needs to maintain the same standard all across its outlets. I don't expect the precision of KFC or McDonald's. Just a minimum standard. The chilli paneer had uncooked onions.

I hope Bikanervala takes necessary steps to ensure a customes are happy...

Amazing food and ambience. Located in Ellan Mercado, next to KFC.

Biggest downside is to order beforehand so if you are eating and need anything..you will have to go, pay and order first. Also only self service is available.

Tried 7 items from their menu -

Premium Thali (INR 290) - Very tasty and fresh Tandoori Butter Roti (INR 45) - felt like homemade Masala Dosa (INR 210) - Must try Kesaria Jalebi 100g (INR 55) - amazing and crunchy Cream Roll (INR 40) - it was okayish Tandoori Platter (395 INR) - didn’t like it overall. Less quantity as per price Desi Chai (45 INR) - Amazing taste

Taxes are extra.

They have literally everything on their menu, chinese, south indian, beverages, chaat, pizza, sweets, shakes etc.

They have namkeen and bakery section too.

Lot of parking space is available. Drinking water is available.

While I appreciate the convenience and concept of offering pre-heated items, I couldn't help but notice a difference in the freshness and taste compared to other dining establishments like Bikenervala. The approach of serving pre-heated items gives more of a cold storage impression rather than the freshly cooked meals that I have come to expect.

Although the sweets were satisfactory, the same cannot be said for the snacks. They lacked the expected freshness and flavor that I associate with freshly prepared food.

I believe there is room for improvement in ensuring that all items on your menu meet the standards of freshness and taste that customers expect, especially for snacks. Perhaps incorporating more freshly prepared options or ensuring better preservation methods could enhance the overall dining experience. Example: No onion ans stuff...
