Food quality is undoubtedly good. But, staff is not adequate. Infact, there was only one staff person who was taking order and then going in the kitchen himself to prepare the order. Also, it was Thursday today and as per the offer at the counter, any milk boba tea is priced at 149 instead of 199 on Thursdays, but the staff person denied giving the offer saying that it is applicable only on 3 selected milkshakes and not boba tea. It was the need in this area of Gurgaon to have a store selling these fast growing popular Boba teas. Though it's a small cost space for seating of about 15-16, but menu is quite vast from different flavoured Boba teas to Burger, maggie, fries, momos, rolls and a separate Breakfast menu. Tried Boba Bhai for the first time and absolutely loved it! I had the momos and the tender coconut bubble tea — both were amazing. The momos were perfectly cooked and flavorful, and the tender coconut bubble tea was refreshing and unique. It had just the right amount of sweetness and a great texture with the boba.
