Burger King — Restaurant in Gurugram District

This is about the drive thru in this private commercial complex. My wife went to the washroom, so I parked my car very near to the drive thru lane and not very far from the complex, as it was night time and I didn’t want my wife to walk extra distance just for her safety at night. I was in my car with my kid. My car was parked so that it was very easy for any car to manoeuvre. Suddenly this owner in red t shirt with his wife came and asked me to remove my car as it was his private property as told by him and both started yelling at me very loudly. I again requested him that only 5 mins it will take, but he refused to listened to me and told me that if you want to use washroom than go to any petrol pump. But when I again asked him to kindly allow 5 more mins , than he told his wife to lock my wife inside the washroom. After this incident I took my car outside and parked it. Took my child with me to the drive thru and took my wife from there. Inhuman people are everywhere. Burger king should reconsider keeping this outlet open where such arrogant owners are there....

Staff and owners of the property are unprofessional and super rude. They behavior is super childish, it’s like My cricket bat My rules…no one knows words like “may i help u”

Almost all shops are either empty or never opened. Poor atmosphere and ambiance. Property doesn’t even switch on lights and you will not find customers dining in at peak hours or even having a manager to run the property. They are using the name of burger king or rather i must say, spoiling it. Feedback to burger king search another place where property has good service and atmosphere to put up your shop . A great place for eating.. loved the burgers here.. staff is very good and cooperative..proper cleanliness .. just area for sitting as it is always full.. Be it a weekday or a weekend , this outlet is a frequently visited one. The location prominence can be one of the major factor to it. And They taste good , they serve tasty meals is the obviously and meant to be the first reason. You might get to face a bit of the delay in the order coz of the constant rush this place has.
