Last night, my family and I visited Caffe Bella Italia, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish!

Drinks: We started with a Cappuccino and Hot Chocolate. The cappuccino was rich and aromatic, just the way I like it, while the hot chocolate was creamy, indulgent, and perfect for my son.

Dinner: For our main course, we tried the Spaghetti Aglio E Olio and the Paneer Tikka Thin Crust Pizza. The spaghetti was a simple yet flavorful dish, with the perfect balance of garlic, olive oil, and a hint of chili. The Paneer Tikka Pizza was a delightful fusion of Italian and Indian cuisine, with a perfectly baked crust and a generous topping of marinated paneer.

Dessert: The star of the evening was the Chocolate Waffle. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it was drizzled with rich chocolate sauce that left us wanting more.

Ambiance and Service: The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, with a charming blend of Italian-inspired decor and warm lighting. The location is convenient, and the hospitality was top-notch. The staff was attentive, polite, and made sure we had a great time.

Overall Experience: This is a perfect spot for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mix of authentic Italian dishes with a touch of creative fusion. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs!

In short don't waste your time and money. I had one of the worst Mediterranean mezze platter and greek salad of my life. Pita bread was stale and mezze platter did not come with salad so had to order separately and was a disappointment as it was nothing but full of lettuce. Pickled vegetables were not edible and nothing was good about the platter. Not sure how they managed to get a good rating and were able to fool us. Response to response 1) kindly compare the photograph of platter shared by me with the one on your Menu in swiggy or Zomato you can very well spot that mushroom, rolls, Kebab all are 4 pcs however the one i have shared have 3 pieces each why is it misleading?2) Regarding missing salad it is a suggestion that it should also be part of it and if you really want to taste a platter which is way beyond the one you serve come and try at Al-ladiah at Asian hospital sector 21 faridabad and feel the difference 3) atleast your chefs should also try what you are serving the pickle vegetables were not at all eatable and pita bread was stale 4) Regarding salad which i seperately ordered a bowl which is filled with 90% of lettuce can it be called a salad? Fantastic Italian restaurant with great dining experience. The restaurant is located in a Gwal pahari location, gurgaon and the ambiance is warm and welcoming. The decor is elegant, with beautiful paintings and lighting that create a cozy and intimate atmosphere. The menu at Caffe Bella Italia is extensive and features a wide variety of authentic Italian dishes. The pasta dishes are particularly delicious with fresh ingredients. Size of the portions were enough for a person which were generous and satisfying. The service at here is excellent. The waitstaff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The service was prompt and efficient, making for a pleasant dining experience. They were able to provide recommendations and answer any questions we had about the dishes. For dessert we tried marshmallow, Marshmallow was smooth and spongy, tasted good.
