"The cake is just for show, the attitude is bitter than poison!"

I tried to place an order with Cake Mason – exactly the same cake design they had posted on their Instagram. But they flatly refused to make it. When I called, their response was extremely rude and disrespectful. They even told me not to call or message again.

Is it not your responsibility to value your customers and their sentiments? Or is your Instagram only for show-off?

This experience was truly disappointing, especially because I wanted that cake for a very special occasion. If this is how you treat your customers, you don't deserve to be called a “Cake Artist.”

Had orderes a customized cake from her for a friend's birthday. The entire process was made seamless because she made sure to attend to all my queries and doubts in a timley manner. Tried this place for the first time and I guess I can’t stop now. The cake was absolutely picture perfect. It turned out to be as lovely as it looked in the reference pictures. I kid you not, I’m in love with the flavour and texture of their cake. It’s absolutely not heavy on the sugar and melts amazingly in the mouth. Moreover, Avni is awesome.
