Harish Bakery — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I want to bring big anomalies in billing at Harish Bakery, Sector-69 Gurugram restaurant. I hosted a breakfast party on 15th May 2023 for Senior citizens yoga group members of our Tulip Violet, Sector-69 Gurugram in Sector -69 restaurent. There 38 plates of sabzi puri, 3 plates of chola batura & 1 plate of idli sambhar were served. After breakfast, I paid the bill & went home. After that,  I remained busy for my Angiography that was  scheduled for 19th May. After my angio, one day I scrutinized the bill & to my surprise I noticed that in addition to above plates, they have charged for 24 extra puri @ 18/- per puri & 8 halwas @ 57/- per halwa plate.

I discussed the same in our group,  everyone was surprised with this overcharging & after discussions, it was revealed that 6-7 persons had eaten only 3 puries against 4 & no one had taken 5 puries (exception may be there).

After that, I, along with 8 senior members went to the restaurant & met the supervisor, Mr. Bajaj & narrated whole thing, but he refused to entertain us, saying that you should have counted the items before payment, I can not help now. When I asked him whether it is possible to count puries/ halwas for such a big gathering of respected senior members in restaurant of big repute like your's, he refused to say anything.

Great Breakfast Spot with Affordable Prices!

Review: I recently visited Harish Bakery, which is conveniently located near my home, and it has become my go-to place for a delicious morning breakfast. What sets this place apart is the unbeatable price of Rs 50 per plate for Puri Sabji and Hawa (air). Yes, you read that right - a hearty breakfast at such an affordable rate!

I must admit, their Puri Sabji is a real treat, and I find myself coming here every Sunday as part of my weekly routine. The taste and quality are consistently good, and it's the perfect way to start the day.

The only downside I found during my visits is the absence of tea on the menu. I love pairing my breakfast with a hot cup of tea, and it's the only reason why I'm giving this place 4/5 stars.

Just wanted to share a review for Harish Bakery that they are way ahead than OM Sweets, so far the customer service is concerned.

I had 2 bad experiences with Harish bakery and 2 with Om sweets.

Both the time Harish bakery outlet manager called me and sent me a product which was of the same value for which I complained for, and they seeked an apology.

Whereas, the OM sweets at both the times tried to prove us wrong and didn't give any solution for their goofup.

For that matter Harish bakery scores 10/10 on customer service and OM sweets score -10/10 on customer service.
