La pino'z pizza — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Ordered online for 1 pizza and 1 garlic bread at 8 pm and received at 10 :15 pm, late service and pathetic food... I have make a call to them at 8:40 to give them a reminder about my order as per them the order is at my door... 😂😂😂😂 I have again make a call to them at 9:00 but the receiver don't know about my order at 9:25 I have cancelled my order and got my order at 10:15 ,I have denied to take order... Imagine the situation and keep on laughing on this comedy.. That the person is outside my house to deliver my order at 8:40 but I was not able to see it.... PATHATIC SERVICE like this I never imagined.... I am happy that I have denied the order... I don't think people get good food from dis...

I was regular customer of this outlet but now quality so bed and poor service since last 3 months. Now quality standard of this outlet so bed and poor, I did not seen never in my life in India and staff service and cashier behaviour so bed and pathetic. I have gone yesterday dated on 06.12.2023 at 08:15 PM for check their quality standard and I have ordered 2 Large pizza at 08:15 PM with my family.
