Samrat Sweets, Manesar — Restaurant in Gurugram District

We took a black forest cake from here .. i must tell it was the worst cake i ever had .. they clearly lied about the freshness of the cake(the cream was bitter in taste).. we checked from them about the freshness two times ..and they said it is fresh. When i called them they wanted the cake back .. and wanted me to talk to their owner.. also, after calling them they confirmed that they have got it from gurgaon and it was not prepared there.. that means they were not aware it was fresh or not and they just lied. The place is good for a quick bite. The food service was quick and efficient. The waiters were polite and supporting. Worst !! Ordered a veg patty and pyaz kachori from Samrat Sweets, and what I received was honestly pathetic. Both items arrived completely cold and looked like they’d been run over — totally crushed and unappetizing. For a place that claims to serve quality snacks, this was a major letdown. If I wanted a soggy mess with zero freshness, I could’ve made it myself at home. Definitely not...
