Santosh Sweets — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I've been here thrice, It has always been a nice experience. The restaurant is well ventilated and hygiene is taken care of. The food here is good in taste and quality, I don't know about the basement or 2nd floor, but The ground floor is committed for deserts and snacks (like panipuri , chaats, pav bhaji stuff) in outside stalls and sweets inside the store at ground floor. The 1st floor is a restaurant with sofa sitting, not so exaggerated, simple Menu. The staff here is OK behaved and my overall experience was Nice. The same can be booked for lil events as well (like bday or anniversary parties etc). There is no designated space available for parking also the area is not worth exploring, its just that it is a better choice if you are looking for restaurants in the locality. A hack is to order snacks in the restaurant instead of standing outside the stalls of the store if you don't like the street food eating vibe as the restaurant is well ventilated and air...

Not happy the way their staff responds even the owner doesn’t care for the same. Don’t know if the person sitting at cash counter is the owner or not but he was also very casual when we ask them for the issue.

We wanted to donate 1 piece of big Gulab Jamun and 1 piece of Rasamalai to someone with a total of Rs. 55 billing and he denied to give one piece of each in packing.

We understood and requested him not use the box pack rather give in the small poly pack which they use for Samosa Chatni and give even with one single samosa as free with a billing of 15 Rs. only.
