Sushiya — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I ordered from Sushiya for the first time so didn’t really expect much but let me just tell you, I wasn’t disappointed at all. Ordered two different types of sushi - Prawn tempura roll - This was absolutely delicious. It was just the right amount of crunch. The taste was on point. I thoroughly enjoyed it. California veggie roll - It was so refreshing. The perfect balance of cucumber and avocado! I would highly recommend this for all the vegetarians out there! platter of sushi (10 no.) Which had different varieties of sushi including ngiri, maki and uramaki. This platter was non-veg. Loved their packaging. The taste was good. Wasabi seemed like coloured horseradish (but served its purpose hence doesn't effect my rating) however the rice from the sushi seemed to fall despite my gentle handling and this should not happen hence, a point less and love to try out sushi's and places associated with it. Thought of giving it a try. I tried their supermix bowl and it was just next level. Never thought i could get such a fresh taste of suhi's through delivery joints too. Overwhelmed by their service and taste on offer and If you love sushi, then you have to try this amazing place out. They serve you great sushi at amazing prices. THEY ARE LIARS AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I read up reviews on this place and was misled that they would be good. Ordered prawn rolls for my wife and other sushi rolls for all. I am DEATHLY allergic to prawns and put instructions on the order for packing the rolls separately. Knowing Indian restaurants don't read instructions, I also called and confirmed with the restaurant to pack the prawns separately, which was confirmed by the customer service agent. After almost 1.5 hours, the sushi rolls were supplied combined which spoilt the dinner plan for all. I called to ask for a refund and to ask the rider to take the sushi back. The guy on the call confirmed rider is on his way back. I asked for email confirming the refund, the guy says sure and hangs up for a while. After calling him repeatedly, he answers and says he was talking with the rider to send him back and the refund will take 24 hours. They kept changing what is to be done till finally I got fed up, hung up the phone and threw the sushi out. My advice is don't go to them if you have specific requirements and eat at your own peril.
