Terrible and a distressing Experience....
I recently had an unfortunate opportunity to dine at ''Yo China'' restaurant, and it was undoubtedly one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a lackluster atmosphere and an overall feeling of disorganization. However, what truly sealed the deal were the abysmal dishes I encountered during my visit.
Let's start with the Chicken Dimsums. They were a complete disaster. The dumplings were dry, overcooked, and lacked any flavor whatsoever. It felt like I was biting into a piece of wet paper, and the accompanying dipping sauce did nothing to salvage the tasteless mess.
Next up was the excessively salty Hongkong Chicken. I understand that some dishes are meant to be savory, but this was beyond comprehension. The saltiness was overpowering, making it impossible to appreciate any other flavors in the dish. It was a disappointingly one-dimensional experience that left me longing for a glass of water to wash away the excessive salt.
To add insult to injury, the Drums of Heaven were undercooked. The chicken inside was still pink and raw, leaving me concerned about the hygiene and food safety practices of the restaurant. The chewy texture and lack of proper cooking made it impossible to enjoy this supposedly crispy and succulent dish.
Moving on to the noodles, they were nothing short of stale. It seemed like they had been sitting out for far too long, resulting in a dry and unappetizing plate of noodles. No amount of sauce or condiments could salvage the dish, leaving me with a mouthful of disappointment.
Lastly, the undercooked fried rice was the final straw. It was a clumpy mess with crunchy, uncooked grains of rice. The lack of proper cooking not only ruined the texture but also compromised the taste. It was an unpleasant experience trying to chew through the undercooked rice, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and hungry.
Overall, my experience at Yo China restaurant was a nightmare. The poorly executed dishes, ranging from the bad Chicken Dimsums to the excessively salty Hongkong Chicken, undercooked Drums of Heaven, stale Noodles, and undercooked fried rice, were a complete letdown. The lack of attention to detail and the overall low quality of the food left me questioning the reputation of this establishment. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at Yo China to think twice and explore other options for an enjoyable and satisfying meal.
Overall, 0/10.

Read moreWent for lunch today and had a pathetic experience. Poor service. There was a couple named Kunal & Sakshi with an infant who were Manager's (with spectacles) friend. The waitress Deepa was fully involved in baby sitting of that infant. When I asked her to bring something, she didn't even bother about my order and was totally busy with that infant. Atleast she could have informed another waiter about my order. But NO, I feel under Manager's consent she was allowed to do baby sitting. Only she was available on the floor which was of no use, rest others were occupied in the kitchen. Another waiter was asked to bring the diaper bag from the car for that infant. Everything was happening in front of the manager. Looked more like a private setting for a friend rather than a restaurant. Customer service should be the priority. Cherry on top - There's a rat in...
Read moreWhile a frequent patron of your establishment, my recent visit revealed significant changes, including renovations, menu alterations, and staff changes. The menu lacked clarity regarding dish descriptions and accompaniments; when I inquired, the server demonstrated a lack of product knowledge. While the chicken dim sum remained consistent with past experiences, the bao buns were unsatisfactory. The bun's thin layers resembled a momo, and the filling lacked flavor. Furthermore, the crispy corn was soft and possessed an unpleasant, rancid oil odor. The mocktails, however, were excellent. Overall, this visit was profoundly...
