Naivedyam Restaurant — Restaurant in Gwalior

Went there with high expectations, due to the 4+ rating. But safe to say, we were utterly disappointed. To start off, the worst part of our evening was that barring 1-2 people, the entire staff was inexperienced without any knowledge about the menu, often unprepared while taking orders, I had to juggle between 3 people because no one knew how to operate the card reader to process our payment. Crazy, am I right?

Coming to the food... Sweet lime juice was made in hot boiling water(you'd think in the summer they'd use some common sense and put some ice). Mutton was extremely undercooked.

It would be wrong if I didnt mention Mr. Pradeep Singh, who was a really good waiter who gave the best service and professionalism but unfortunately he was the only person trying to hold down a collapsing fort.

I would like to believe that this must be a decline in quality due to the covid pandemic and associated staff crunch. Would like to visit this place after covid...
