Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended

Visited Bagicha Lawn & Restaurant recently, and I must say it was one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had. The place might look decent from the outside, but the service (or complete lack of it) ruined everything.

The biggest issue? The staff simply doesn’t care. We waited at our table for a long time, expecting someone to at least acknowledge us or hand us a menu — but no one even bothered to come over. We tried calling the waiters multiple times, but they seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than actually doing their job.

There was no sense of hospitality, no basic courtesy, and absolutely zero effort to attend to customers. It felt like we were invisible. Eventually, we had to walk out and go somewhere else.

If you value your time and expect even the most basic level of service, I’d strongly recommend avoiding Bagicha Lawn & Restaurant. Plenty of better options around that actually care about...

Everything was inappropriate whether it's food,ambience,service quality. I ordered veg crispy and Afgani Chicken but for some reason they said that chicken Afgani is not available that's fine they gave us tandoori chicken which was below average in taste and chicken seemed not to be fresh and the lemon soda which I ordered was also crap, the taste of lemon was absent from it and the taste was very light as if soda is absent from it and most importantly it tasted bitter and the rates were just expensive as heck and for that much pricing the portion size was very small so I think they must review their pricing and...

Nice place to chill out with your friends. You can have food in open garden as well as inside the restaurant also. Both facilities are available. Place is neat and clean, and very well maintained. Enough space available for parties, get together and marriage functions. The place generally doesn't remain very crowded due to large area. Food served is really tasty and delicious. Veg and non veg both are available. Though the service is a bit slow. But it is ok. Childrens will like to play here as it is an open space. There are two little dogs 🐶🐩 who are cute...
