We had a transit break journey on our way to Delhi & stayed back for a day at Haldwani. We got out late evening for a quick bite at the KFC at Pilikothi, Haldwani. We located the place through Google maps.

This would be the fastest KFC joint we had our food served ever, they end beat the KFC at Connaught place. we got the order ready with in 5-6 minutes and the staff at the counter was super efficient & customer centric in his work. Liked the way he worked & interacted with us. we were the only customers at the outlet even though it was dinner time.. They were quite a few food delivery agents waiting for the order to be packed.. We got to know the AC at the outlet was non functional - thus on walk-in or dine in customers. Over all we had great food as expected from KFC however the management of KFC should address petty issues like AC etc. on war footing.

Don't order from this kfc branch it's unhygienic I got diarrhoea after eating their burger,the chicken was refried apparent from dark brown color and bad quality oil was used,I started hating fried chicken after this incident,seems like they try to save money by refrying items and using inferior quality items,very bad for brand value .Once I received wrong order and my correct order took 1.5 hours to deliver,by that time it was cold ,and you know how cold chicken feels,fried chicken supposed to be soft and juicy ,they overcook their strips which makes them rubbery ,if the food is not good why will anyone order again .Better to order from...
