Disappointing Experience with Some Redeeming Features

We recently stayed at this resort and, unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues:

Water Issues: The water supply was unreliable, especially in the early morning. There was only one small geyser shared between two rooms, which was not even functional. This left us waiting until noon to freshen up. Restricted Access: The resort’s gate remains closed until 10 a.m., which was highly inconvenient. It raises serious concerns about emergency access during the night or early morning. Additionally, we couldn’t step out for basic necessities or breakfast before 10 a.m. Noise Disturbance: The resort's rooms are located adjacent to a gym, and loud music starts at 6 a.m. This was particularly disturbing for families with small kids who couldn’t sleep properly. Poor Service: Tea was consistently served cold, and basic amenities like water bottles were not readily available. One night, we received water only because the owner was present. Otherwise, even this basic need would have gone unmet. On the Positive Side:

The resort has a small hut that’s great for hosting small group parties. They thoughtfully decorated a table for my child’s birthday celebration, which added a special touch to the evening. The view from the rooms is genuinely beautiful, offering a serene ambiance. Final Thoughts: While the resort does have some redeeming features like scenic views and good event arrangements, the lack of basic amenities, poor water facilities, noise issues, and restricted access make it difficult to recommend. Pros: 👉I had a Cold Coffee (Good tasting, well balanced), Royal Burger with fries (Both Veg & the Non-Veg variant tasted well!) & Honey Chilly Potato which tasted good & wasn't soggy! 👉The ambience offers both an indoor place which is "cafe-like" and an outdoor place with hut like patios to sit in. 👉The male server who brought us our meal was a kind & decent man who was nice enough to make us feel like home. 👉I was just recently wondering about a couple friendly place that could offer the privacy of having a decent conversation & i am glad Soul Café offers that. Hope this quiet & private experience is maintained for the times to come. 👉There's sufficient parking & the pricing is done to cater most visitor. 👉We were welcomed by a nice black pet called 'Kali' who was a delight to have around while we were seated here.

📍Special Note- My personal reason for adding the 5th star was out of expectation that this hospitality is maintained by the owners. Places with quiet spaces like this need maintaining & i hope the owner takes care of the privacy of the visitors...

This place is located on gaulapar road This cafe is huge and the ambience is vibrant. The food was good and the service thoughtful and prompt.

The food at this place is awesome I have tried the following dishes from the menu and loved it. 1- verdure veg pizza - beautifully cooked pizza with onion, pepper ,olives, cheese .delicious and tasty. 2- baked nachos - was well baked bowl of nachos with veggies and cheese . Taste was good could to better with adding some olives etc. 3- white sauce penne pasta - well balanced plate of pasta with creamy cheesy sauce and veggies.👌 4- lemon tea is refreshing and good. 5- virgin mojito was tasty but had too many ice cube , it's more like one glass filled with huge 6 ice cubes and only 1/4th amount of liquid. 6- cold Coffee was great.

The staff is well mannered and good. Beautiful property Open plus closed space is beautiful. Has parking space Cash and upi payment available. Cutting one star because i found pizza taste on my second visit...
