Aasma Revolving Restaurant — Restaurant in Haryana

I am now one hundred percent sure that ALL THE SO CALLED POSITIVE & GOOD LOOKING reviews posted online for this joint are FAKE. We went to Pinjore on 5th of November and on our way back decided to stop by this joint. A day before I had called their manager Anup Singh that we will be around tomorrow and he said it was no problem and that.....he will hold a booking for the five of us. We were in for a shock when we entered their revolving joint after climbing all the way up in the lift. Anup Singh accompanied us. The table we sat at was far from being clean......although it would give off a feeling of being clean in the first look. Napkins placed were dusty, spoons and forks had dust and grime stains on them. They changed those on our request. When the starters arrived, the veg part of it was okay to eat but the non-veg one that included fish and chicken was far from being good. Very clearly, the fish and chicken was NOT fresh. Later on, we ordered main course that included a veg dish of mushrooms, another one of paneer and a non-veg dish of Chicken (murg something.....). Chicken pieces that it had were so so hard that we had trouble chewing those. My dad who is very old, had problems because the he was not able to chew and gulp this chicken down his throat......it was that bad..!!! When we complained, they brought a replacement with boneless chicken in it but it too had the same hardness issue. These guys do not have enough customers......it was evident because most of the tables were lying empty.! Ofcourse the food they serve had to be stale.......they just let go of whatever they have.!! The veg part of main course was some how okay and we gulped it down but that too was not satisfactory. My sister and brother in law who were visiting us from US were extremely extremely disappointed and constantly asked me not to come here again, fearing that the food will only make us sick.!!

The only and only good part of this place is the location.! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting into this revolving joint. The view is simply mind blowing.!

Somebody please take care of the food being served here, otherwise people would start falling sick and someone will sue the hell out of them.!!

P.S. Forgot to add that in our veg starters, we had ordered Veg Salt & Pepper and they had mentioned in their menu about it containing Brocoli, Baby-Corn, Mushrooms etc. etc. but when they actually brought and served it, it only had Gobhi and Aalu.!! I am working in Dubai. During our North trip, we have gone to this hotel on 5th June 2019. Concept of the revolving hotel is good. Food was also delicious.

We found the service rendered was very poor. The waiter served initially and literally he did not come to our table till last, though we were calling him. All the staff were around but none responded properly. We requested to take a group photo to the initial waiter. There was no response. We found some old wreck wooden cup boards. That was a shabby look over the entire area. Outside glasses were filled with cobwebs, dust etc. House keeping appeared to be poor.

The management should recruit some good Hotel Management guys to improve upon all these issues. Waiters to be taught regarding valuing customers.
