Anupam Sweets has always been known for its variety of traditional sweets and snacks. The quality of the food is generally good—especially their jalebis, samosas, and chaat options, which are fresh and flavorful. It's a popular spot for quick bites, festive sweets, and gifting boxes. However, the customer service experience, especially at the counter, leaves a lot to be desired. The staff, particularly those handling the billing and payment, often come across as too aggressive. Instead of focusing on smooth service and ensuring the customer gets the right items, their main priority seems to be collecting money as quickly as possible—even before you’ve finished placing your order or received your items. It is required to be reduced a bit to make it...
