Anupam Sweets has always been known for its variety of traditional sweets and snacks. The quality of the food is generally good—especially their jalebis, samosas, and chaat options, which are fresh and flavorful. It's a popular spot for quick bites, festive sweets, and gifting boxes. However, the customer service experience, especially at the counter, leaves a lot to be desired. The staff, particularly those handling the billing and payment, often come across as too aggressive. Instead of focusing on smooth service and ensuring the customer gets the right items, their main priority seems to be collecting money as quickly as possible—even before you’ve finished placing your order or received your items. There's a noticeable lack of patience and courtesy, which takes away from the overall experience. Good food should come with good service—and that’s an area where Anupam Sweets really needs improvement. If they could train their staff better in customer handling and focus on being a bit more polite and professional, it would elevate the experience...

As I have been living in Faridabad for more than a month now, visit this restaurant every other week. It's a pure veg restaurant, with seating area upstairs. Restaurant is neat, but the workers upstairs aren't following covid guideline like proper mask on face. Because the restaurant is famous in the area, many delivery person's too come up to collect the orders. There's no security at the entrance of the restaurant to check temperature, no sanitizer is kept at the entry. Though there is a security seat but I haven't seen anyone checking temperature, offering sanitizer. Sanitizer stand was there but no sanitizer was installed in that.

Food is okay, and decently priced. They accept cash/debit/credit cards and UPI also.

The only Best option available in Greenfields for buying Sweets and Snacks. Taste is also very good and can be compared to famous restaurant chains like Haldiram's and Bikanerwala. Still improvement is required in terms of availability of food as sometimes it is finished and it takes a lot of time to get it replenished. The staff is also polite and experienced. Space is a little constraint here as it looks like it becomes congested during weekends or festival days. Parking is free but you need to park either on the street or on the main Mall road of Greenfields. On the cost front I feel that cost of items are on the higher side, almost similar to Haldiram's.
