Barista - Eminent Mall — Restaurant in Haryana

I visited Barista Cafe with two of my friends and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. It truly felt like a waste of money.

The only positive part was the 4 pcs garlic bread, which was truly delicious. However, the coffee quality was very poor my coffee was extremely bitter. When I politely requested to have it changed, the staff responded very rudely. One of them said, “Madam, coffee aisi hi hoti hai,” in an unpleasant tone, as if I had done something wrong by asking.

The names mentioned on their badges were Jatin, Vijay, and Nisha. Their behaviour was not customer-friendly at all, and the overall service was extremely poor. Common Barista Outlet located inside the Eminent Mall. Quite famous for their Coffee. I had Orange Zest Latte from the Hot Beverages with Paneer Tikka Sandwich. Both are good, Not Bad I would say. The coffee was Strong yet having that orangy zesty punch. The Sandwich was decent not the best I've ever had in my life. Price distribution is quite high cause it's an upscale Coffee Place. They have varieties of Both Hot & Cold beverages alongside some Veg & Non-Veg savoury snacks items like wraps, sandwiches and Dessert options like Muffins and Cakes etc. Good to visit a time if you never visited. Loved my visit to this Barista ! The place has such a warm and cozy vibe , perfect to Relax ,read or catch up with friends. The coffe i ordered was frappe with hazelnut was rich and smooth,and they have a really nice variety of brews to choose form,

I also tried muffins and Spinach and corn sandwich and it was fresh and tasty .the staff was super friendly and welcoming,which made the experience even better.its definitely one of those spots where you feel like spending extra time-Looking forward too going back soon !
