Dear Barista Team,

I'm writing to share my disappointing experience at your Neelkanth outlet. I ordered a regular Americano coffee and was asked to pay ₹250. However, just three hours prior, I purchased the same coffee at your Havali Jalandhar outlet for ₹210.

When I brought this to the manager's attention at Neelkanth and showed him the receipt, he adjusted the price to ₹210. I appreciate the manager's prompt response, but I'm concerned about the inconsistent pricing between outlets.

As a regular customer, I expect consistent pricing across locations. I hope you'll look into this matter and ensure that prices are standardized.

Untrained staff, don't know how to make even tea. Visited on 30th August 2023 at 8:50 pm. Ordered 2 teas, some cashews. They failed to prepare even tea, served boiled water + milk initially and later on complaining offered 2 tea bags for adding into the mixture which had turned cold already. Obviously it didn't diffuse and was not tasting as tea. On requesting a fresh replace but was refused and......
