Disappointing Experience Due to Unprofessional Staff Behavior

I recently visited this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by the staff. I was stopped from sitting in the air-conditioned area of the restaurant, without any valid reason or proper explanation. The staff’s behavior was rude and unwelcoming, making me feel like I was being singled out or treated unfairly.

As a guest, I expected at least basic courtesy and professionalism, but what I experienced was quite the opposite. Instead of offering assistance or an alternative, the staff simply asked me to leave the AC area in a dismissive tone. This is not the kind of treatment anyone should receive, especially in a hospitality setting.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better staff training in customer service and respect. I will think twice before returning or recommending this...

Owner ko baat krne ka tarika hi nahi aata. Agar customer ki need nahi h to.. jhunjhne bjaoge dhaba mai. Public Toilet ki halat bahut hi kharaab the..you can find them also in other reviews too. I wish i had clicked photos to prove that.
